Summary
sierraenergy.com is a static website. It does not use Google Tag Manager or any other tag-management system, advertising or social-media pixels (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, X or others), embedded social feeds, embedded maps, chat widgets, session-replay or heat-mapping tools. It does not collect precise location or other sensitive personal information, and Sierra Energy does not upload contact or audience lists to advertising or social-media platforms from this site. Fonts, images and videos are served from Sierra Energy’s own web host.
Nothing optional loads before you make a privacy choice. When you first visit, a consent screen asks you to choose between “Necessary only” and “Accept all”. You can change your choice at any time with the Your privacy choices link in the footer.

Third-party content you can choose to load
YouTube videos. On our Video page, videos are shown as still thumbnails served from our own web host. A video, and YouTube’s own cookies, load only after you press play, through the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player. Google LLC receives your IP address and viewing activity at that point under its own privacy policy.
Links to other sites. Links to the TechPipe™ platform, Google Maps, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and news outlets open those sites, which have their own notices. We do not embed them here.
Web hosting and server logs
Our hosting provider processes the IP address and request details of every visit in order to deliver the pages and protect the site (server logs, security and rate limiting). This is strictly necessary and is governed by our agreement with the hosting provider (Railway Corp.), which restricts use of that data to providing the service.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics, PostHog records which pages you view, the device type and approximate region. PostHog acts as our service provider. Session recording, heatmaps and surveys are switched off. Links from this site to the TechPipe™ platform carry a tag naming this site and the link used (utm_source, utm_content), so TechPipe can count visits that came from here. The tag contains no identifier and works whether or not you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect any feature of the site, and turning it off later removes the PostHog identifiers from your browser.

The contact form sends only the information you type into it, plus the page you sent it from, to Sierra Energy. See the privacy notice on the form and our Privacy Policy.

Use Your privacy choices, or block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Where applicable law requires it, we honor the Global Privacy Control signal for the browser you are using.
